How my Journey Began
Ryan Cooper is a Seattle native and Brand Strategist and Trainer for R3BAR Training. He had an early age introduction to Martial Arts that lead to spark his passion for general exercise and wellness, and for maintaining functional mobility. Ryan believes his 15 yrs of Yoga practice and 6 yrs of R3BAR Training has enabled him to compete competitively and injury free as a Professional Long Drive Golfer.
